All our catamarans are made of sandwich / fiberglass vacuum using a closed cell DIVINYCEL core foam, 80 Kg / m3, and multiaxial fabrics. Exclusive use of self-extinguishable, waterproof VINYLESTER resins for the entire construction, which prevents the phenomenon of osmosis.
For some models we use aramid (Kevlar) and carbon fibers. Finally, the “CATATHAI Exclusive Vacuum System” manufacturing process ensures that our sandwiches cannot delaminate.
A brand new machine 17m long allows us to meet international quality criteria. Equipped with a 4-axis CNC head and a laser head, we manufacture with the precision necessary for the requirements of shipbuilding
